About me

I enrolled in the New Media Publishing program at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) because I enjoy utilizing all forms of media in production of a design. The opportunity to become proficient in graphic design, print production, web development, personalized media and 3D computer graphics intrigued me. I find enjoyment in developing successful modern messages that require consistency across several different media.

While the New Media Publishing program provided me with experience in Adobe Suite products Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Fireworks in addition to HTML, CSS and XML, one of my favorite experiences was developing personalized products using the XMPie software. The ability to produce variable-data print jobs opens many exciting new doors for graphic designers. I have many exciting ideas for the use of variable data printing in practice.

What gives me the most satisfaction, however, is producing designs that are appropriate for the application. I enjoy utilizing my creative talents to develop a functional project whether it is a magazine spread, a scientific poster or a website. I find it necessary to use a combination of tools to allow me to produce a product in the most functional way.

Why Designerella?

I dream big especially when it comes to design. When I put the final touches on a design, it provides me with a sense of accomplishment that cannot be replicated. Because of this I was born to create and design.
